Promotes guest relations by offering appropriate information, menu knowledge, pricing, knowledge of up to date promotional contests, giveaways, concerts, providing related assistance, and treating guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Ensures responsible alcohol beverage service policies are followed by asking for proper identification from guests who appear to be under the age of 30, measuring alcohol pours, monitoring alcohol consumption, ensuring guests do not become intoxicated following established procedures, stopping alcohol service at the designated time, and clearing all alcohol containers, glasses and bottles for each venue at the time specified. Job Purpose: Provides service to guests by greeting guests and operating our point of sale system Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time) Provides service excellence by acknowledging and welcoming guests entering the food venue, promptly entering information into the POS system, collecting and processing payment and returning change, if applicable, following established procedures, taking food and beverage orders, responding to guest requests, and delivering purchased food items to guests at the counter.
